PPP (public-private partnership) laws in Brazil were created December 30, 2004, which established rules for an alternative government to address the scarcity of resources in the provision of public services. The PPP is a model of a contract that is established because of an administrative concession agreement that can be the Union, the States, the Federal District, Municipalities, and private partners.
